Orders & Delivery Policy

We want you to start enjoying your products as soon as possible and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and weight of the product in its packaging and are shown as a separate item. Postage incurs VAT which will be calculated as you add items to your order. You will always know exactly what your order and postage will cost before you commit to pay.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

If you opted for standard delivery we aim to deliver within 4-6 working days.

All our products are covered by our products liability insurance and are subject to UK law.

For deliveries within the Europe, please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery.

Outside of Europe

Please be aware that the weight of the package will affect the postal rate at which the parcel is sent.

Delayed Deliveries

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please do let us know and we will look into it for you. Whilst we take steps to ensure your order is delivered in good time, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed by either Royal Mail or by the courier company.

Missing Deliveries

If your parcel is missing / lost we will replace the order subject to the time scale designated by the delivery company for items considered to be lost. This is specified by the carrier services we use – the longest of all being Royal Mail where a parcel is not considered lost until the 15th day (24th day for parcels to Europe) after it was posted.

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.


We want you to love our products! Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with any order.

We wrap and package all our products for postage extremely carefully.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email (sales@miadomskincare.com) within 48 hours of receipt.

Your Rights

We think it is important that you understand some of your legal rights with regard to your purchase. So we have set out some information for you below.

We want you to get exactly the product you expect and we have a duty to make sure that when you enter a contract with us to buy one of our products that you get the product that you ordered.

Cancellation & Refunds

You have a legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of your receipt of your products for no reason, as long as the product has not been used.

As we like to give great customer service if you would like to cancel your contract please inform us within 14 days from your receipt of the products. You can do this in a number of ways:

You are free to handle the goods when they are delivered but please do not use them if you wish to cancel your contract. The type of handling that you would use in a shop to look and the products and decide whether to buy them is fine.

If you do cancel your contract with us, as above, we will refund all of the payments we have received from you for the products, including the delivery charges. You will be responsible for sending the products back to us including the cost of sending the products back. We may deduct from your refund the loss in value of the products as a result of unnecessary handling by you ie; damaged packaging.

We will refund you within 14 days after we receive the products back from you or, if earlier, 14 days from the date you provide us with evidence that you have returned the products to us. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you we will make the refund using the same method you used to pay.

All our products are covered by our products liability insurance and are subject to UK law.
